Shipping Methods

To make the transportation and delivery of KAINA’s consignments, we have chosen speed and reliability. Our haulier's paths are not shared with any other company. Shipments are monitored at all times so that the products you buy travel completely safe.

Shipping charges vary depending on delivery destination as follows:

• For peninsular Spain is 7.50 €. Free of charge for orders above 100,00 €
• Ask for prices for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
• For peninsular Portugal is 12,00 €. Free of charge for orders above 150,00 €
• For continental Frnace is 24,00 €.
• For Andorra, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, the transport costs are 29.1 €.
• For England, Ireland and Germany shipping cost will be 33.7 €.

Delivery Deadlines

Shipments are made once payment of your order is confirmed. The usual delivery times for Spain and Portugal vary between 24 and 72 hours after leaving our warehouse, depending on the destination point. For France are around 5 days. You must remember that weekends and holidays there is no freight.

Delivery dates indicated are a guideline, and we strive to respect them. However, its delay will not mean the cancellation of the order or give the customer the right to demand compensation. In the event of any breach of stock or unavailable for a timely article, we will contact you immediately and will a give a new delivery date or, if it is not possible to serve the product, to be canceled. Our transport agency shall not conduct any deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

You can make your payment by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal:

1. Credit Card: All transactions made through Paypal Virtual POS have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity. The card details are not known for the store, thus avoiding that this information can then be accessed by others in a fraudulent way. You don’t need a Paypal account to use this payment method.

2. Paypal: Paypal is an eBay group company, international leader in online payment solutions. Paypal offers total security payments. The numbers on your card or account will never be disclosed to the seller or traveling through the network. No need to enter your card details on every purchase. You only need one username and password to make payments online.

3. Bank TransferIf selected as a bank transfer payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and account number where the transfer. It is very important to indicate in the subject "Order No. xxxxxx." The transfer must be made within a maximum of 2 days since you checked them out, otherwise we will not retain the product in the store. No request will be considered confirmed until we have confirmation of the bank transfer.
