RETURNS
If you want to make a return or exchange, you must contact before our customer service.
To make the return of your purchases made at KAINA, you have a deadline for requesting the return of 7 working days from receipt of order (as art. 44 of Law 7 / 1996 of January 15th of the Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19th.).
Circumstances that may cause a return are:
- If the product you order does not satisfy you: You can return it if you meet the requirements set out in the next section: In this case, KAINA will send a Personal and non-transferable voucher by the amount of the purchased product with shipping discounted. KAINA will not refund cash under any circumstance. The shipping for the return of the new product will be borne by the customer.
- Defective Product in Origin: Once KAINA receive and check the defective product, will send you another. In this case the change shall be provided by the article or reference. You will only be billed for the first consignment, being KAINA in charge of the postage for the return and new shipment. If you want to make a change for another item the shipment costs for return and new shipment will not be borne by KAINA, but by the CLIENT.
- Product which, by mistake, do not respond to the request: KAINA bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivery corresponding to the request made
KAINA changes or returns if:
- You give notice of it in advance to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reasons that caused the return. - The products are returned unused and in the same condition that was delivered, keeping intact its original packaging and accessories, that can not be dirty or scratched.To ensure that returned goods can not be damaged during transport, you should ensure that they do not move within the packaging. Make sure you've packaged the product properly.
- The returned item must be properly packaged. KAINA will not accept a package in which any seal or label has been pasted directly from the original packaging.
- Indicate on the outside of the packaging the Return Number that KAINA will give to you.
KAINA does not make any voucher or return of merchandise until it is received and verified the state of packaging and accessories of the object of exchange items.
Who pays the RETURNS?
If the change is the result of a mistake preparing the order or due to a origin-defective product, all shipping charges are the responsibility of KAINA, in other cases COD freight are not accepted.
Shipment costs for a different product replacement (return and new shipment), ARE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER.
