How to select the product that I like

To select the product what you have to do is click over and it will automatically take you to a new display with product details. We describe the different components of the screen:

1. Photographs: Photographs are as faithful as possible to reality, but always have to take into account possible variations caused by the screens, etc.
2. Brand: Logo of the product selected. If you want to know everything about this brand will have the link to your page
3. Description: Specific features (construction, model, colour, hardness ...) of the selected product. This information is displayed on your final order form.
4. Detail: This field will use it to highlight the main features as well as all those characteristics that can help you learn more about the product.
5. Price: The price displayed is inclusive of VAT.
6. Add to Cart: Clicking here will add the product to your basket. This step is not the final purchase, you can always delete it if you decide not to buy it. From then on you can continue shopping or begin the process of buying real pressing the "Checkout" and began the process of buying the products you have added to your basket.

 

How to make the order

Once you've chosen the products you want to complete your order, you must go to "Checkout" once you've clicked on to view your order.

1. Your Order: the order is not yet final, you have still time to eliminate what is not desired.
2. Customer Data:You must register as a client to make an order.
3. Register as a customer: Customer Registration is fast and easy because we will only ask that basic data for future purchases when the purchase process is even faster. In addition, registering as a customer allows you to access at any time to your personal details and order history.
4. Asked to login: If you're a registered customer, enter your username and password. Your data will be completed automatically. For security reasons we do not store any bank data.
5. Information about shipments: All shipments to continental Spain are made by the agency Tips@ within a maximum of 72 hours, depending on the destination point. We explain it with more detail in the Shipping section.
6. Payments: The total amount of your purchase will be the sum of the article or articles you provided in your basket plus shipping. Both concepts include VAT. Once you have validated all the information about your purchase items, delivery address and billing, a new page appears to select which mode of payment you use. This screen comes directly from an accredited institution and the data entered will be transmitted directly to it. KAINA does not retain such data. KAINA has chosen these solutions to offer the maximum safety to our clients:

In all cases, it operates through accredited and secure financial institutions. The data on the chosen form of payment is received directly by these entities and KAINA does not store or retain them at any time.
